This is a list of some of the equipment available to current Texas State University students, faculty, and staff at the Round Rock Campus. If there is something else you would like us to offer please notify library staff.
The RRC Library offers two models of calculators: TI-30X IIS (scientific) and TI-84 Plus (graphing). On the day you check one out it will be due before the RRC Library closes for that day. You are free to take it out of the library as long as you return it by the due date and time. So, take advantage and calculate to your heart's content.

We provide headphones that can be checked out. They can be plugged into all computers in our library and they fit on a variety of personal portable audio players. Have you ever been studying and wanted to draw an image, write an equation, or make a note temporarily on a board? Well, the RRC Library has what you need: portable dry erase boards. We offer multiple pen colors to choose from. These boards are wonderful for group discussions, preparing for an exam, or completing homework and they can be used anywhere in our library, Avery 255.
Staplers, Tape, and a Pencil Sharpener
These items are available next to our main printer/copier.
We have a laser printer capable of handling a number of jobs that prints through a release station. It prints single and double sided (prints on both sides of a sheet of paper). You can print up to 50 sides at a time assuming you have enough print credits remaining.
The printer also doubles as a scanner. You can use either the glass top for manual scanning of documents of a variety of sizes or you can use the document feeder for sheets of paper that are 8.5" x 11".
It scans rather quickly and can scan in black & white (default) or color. Scans are saved as PDF documents by default or you can save them in a graphic format instead. All scanned documents are sent via e-mail to any valid e-mail address you enter or they can be saved directly to a USB flash drive.
